Night on the Galactic Railroad

Ginga Tetsudō no Yoru (Japanese: 銀河鉄道の夜 Ginga Tetsudō no Yoru) is a famous fairy tale published by Japanese author Kenji Miyazawa in 1934. The work describes a beautiful fantasy journey but at its core is a sad story. I have depicted two episodes of this story, the first is the bird catcher and the second is the lighthouse keeper.
